Promotion terms
These terms apply to every discount code, sale and promotion we run, unless the promotion itself states otherwise.
General
- Promotions run only for the period stated and while stocks last.
- Discount codes must be entered at checkout. A code cannot be applied after an order has been placed.
- Only one discount code can be used per order. Codes cannot be combined with each other.
- Discounts apply to product value only, never to shipping costs.
- Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash and hold no cash value.
- Gift cards are excluded from discounts and promotions.
Sale items
Items already reduced are not eligible for further discount codes unless we state otherwise. Sale prices apply only while the promotion runs; an item returning to full price afterwards is not grounds for a partial refund.
Returns on discounted orders
If you return part of an order that reached a discount threshold, and your remaining order no longer meets that threshold, the discount is recalculated and we refund the adjusted amount. Items bought in a sale can be returned under our normal returns conditions.
Free shipping promotions
Where a promotion offers free shipping above a certain order value, that value is calculated after any discounts are applied.
Misuse
We may cancel an order or withdraw a code if we see evidence of misuse, such as codes being shared publicly when they were issued personally, or repeated ordering and returning to exploit a promotion.
Changes
We may change or end a promotion at any time. Orders already confirmed under the original terms are not affected. Questions can go to mostwanted@fviainboxes.com.
