What we collect
When you place an order we collect the details needed to fulfil it: your name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number where given, order contents and payment status. When you create an account we store your login details and order history. When you contact us we keep that correspondence so we can help you properly.
We also collect limited technical data when you browse our store, such as your IP address, device and browser type, and which pages you viewed. This helps us keep the store working and improve it.
Why we use it
We use your data to process and deliver your orders, to handle returns and refunds, to answer your questions, to prevent fraud and abuse, to meet our legal and tax obligations, and — only where you have agreed — to send you marketing about new arrivals and offers.
Payments
We do not store your full card details. Payments are handled by our payment providers, who process your payment data under their own security standards and privacy terms.
Sharing your data
We share data only where necessary: with carriers so they can deliver your parcel, with payment providers to take payment, with our e-commerce and IT providers who host and run the store, and with authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice data is kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it. Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to limit how we use it, object to our use of it, or ask us to transfer it. Email mostwanted@fviainboxes.com and we will respond within the statutory period. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to your national data protection authority.
Marketing
You only receive marketing email if you asked for it. Every message contains an unsubscribe link, and you can also email us to be removed.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your basket working, remember your preferences, and understand how the store is used. You can manage or block cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the store may then stop working properly.
