Cancelling your order
Before your order ships
If you change your mind shortly after ordering, email us straight away at mostwanted@fviainboxes.com with your order number. If your parcel has not yet been handed to the carrier we can usually cancel it and refund you in full. Once an order has been dispatched we can no longer stop it, but you can still return it once it arrives.
Your right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. This is known as the right of withdrawal.
How to use it
Send us a clear statement within 14 days of receiving your order saying that you withdraw from the purchase. Email mostwanted@fviainboxes.com with your order number and which items your withdrawal covers. You do not have to explain your reasons.
After you notify us, you have 14 more days to return the items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and have their original labels attached.
Refund after withdrawal
We refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your returned items. If you chose a more expensive delivery method than our standard option, we refund the standard rate. The cost of sending the items back to us is yours.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to gift cards, to items made or personalised to your specification, or to sealed hygiene products such as pierced jewellery once the seal has been broken.
