Returns
Not completely happy with your order? You can return it to us. Please read the conditions below before you send anything back.
Return period
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to let us know you wish to return it, and a further 14 days to actually send the items back.
Condition of the items
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all original labels and tags still attached. Please try items on carefully. For hygiene reasons, earrings and other pierced jewellery cannot be returned once the seal has been opened.
How to return
- Email us at mostwanted@fviainboxes.com with your order number and the items you want to return.
- We reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Pack the items securely, remove or cover any old shipping labels, and send the parcel.
- Keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
Return costs
The cost of returning a parcel to us is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong product. In those cases we cover the return cost in full.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and has been checked, we process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow a few working days for your bank or payment provider to show the money in your account. Original shipping costs are refunded when you return a complete order.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want, so you do not risk it selling out while your return is in transit.
