1. These terms
These terms apply to every order placed through this online store and to every agreement between us and you as the customer. By placing an order you accept these terms. Questions can be sent to mostwanted@fviainboxes.com.
2. Products and prices
All prices shown include VAT where applicable and are stated in the currency displayed in the store. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout before you pay. We take care to describe and picture our products accurately, but colours can differ slightly between screens and small variations in fabric and finish are normal.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or description errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel the order for a full refund.
3. Your order
Your order is an offer to buy. The agreement between us comes into effect when we confirm your order by email. We may decline an order if the item is unavailable, if we cannot verify your details, or if we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse.
4. Availability
Stock is limited and can sell out while items are in your basket. If an item you ordered turns out to be unavailable we will tell you and refund that item in full.
5. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of ordering, unless you select a pay-later method, in which case your payment provider sets the terms. Available methods are shown at checkout.
6. Delivery
We dispatch to the address you provide, so please check it carefully. Stated delivery times are indicative, not guaranteed, and we are not liable for delays caused by the carrier. Risk in the goods passes to you once the parcel has been delivered to your address.
7. Returns and withdrawal
You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Our returns conditions and procedure are set out on our Returns page and form part of these terms.
8. Faulty items
If an item is faulty or not as described, contact us at mostwanted@fviainboxes.com with your order number and photographs. You are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights. Normal wear, damage caused by misuse, and damage caused by incorrect washing are not defects.
9. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of your order, except where the law does not allow such a limitation, for example in cases of death, personal injury or intent. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
10. Intellectual property
All content in this store, including text, images and design, is protected. You may not copy or reuse it commercially without our written permission.
11. Complaints
Email mostwanted@fviainboxes.com with your order number and a clear description. We aim to reply within a few working days and to resolve complaints properly.
12. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the law of the country in which we are established, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection you enjoy in your own country of residence.
