Shipping
We aim to dispatch every order as quickly as possible. Orders placed on a working day before our daily cut-off are prepared for shipment the same day. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday are picked up on the next working day.
Delivery times
Once your parcel leaves our warehouse you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code so you can follow your delivery at any time. Delivery times depend on your destination country and the carrier handling your parcel.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on your delivery address and the value of your order. You will always see the exact shipping cost before you confirm and pay for your order, with no charges added afterwards.
Multiple items
If your order contains several items, they may occasionally be sent in separate parcels. You are never charged extra shipping for a split delivery.
Something wrong with your delivery?
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected window, or it arrives damaged, email us at mostwanted@fviainboxes.com with your order number and we will sort it out for you.
